Egmond aan Zee Layout for ***Noortje Design***

Vandaag zet ik de clear stempels & seashore stansen in het spotlight en heb deze dan ook lekker veel op mijn lay-out verwerkt.

Good morning everyone,
Today I would like to show you the clear stamps & seashore dies from Noortje Design so that's why I used them a lot on my layout.

I started my layout with the stripped 30,5 by 30,5 sheet on top of that I layered my second sheet but first I teared a piece of of that sheet. After that I cut out my notebook 6002/0259 die multiple times in two different colors. So I could stick them behind my teared papers.
I also cut out the lighthouse two times, one time in a darker shade and one time in the light color. The lightcollored lighthouse I cut up in pieces so I could layer it onto the darker lighthouse. To give it more depth.
Let's have a closer look:

De foto's die ik gebruikt heb zijn van een paar jaar terug toen we lekker aan het wandelen waren in Egmond aan Zee {mijn favoriete strand}.

The pictures I used are from a couple of years back when we were walking in Egmond aan Zee {my favorite beach}

Ik hoop dat ik jullie geïnspireerd heb om ook eens een lay-out te maken met je Noor Design Stansen en andere materialen van Noor! Hele fijne dag allemaal.

Special Memories Layout for ***Studio 75***

Today I would like to show you a layout I made for Studio 75. I have to tell you I really love the Palce lizać / Yummy! collection because of it's bright colors. I normally love working with soft tones but this collection is really yummy ;-).
I have a lot of relatives in the USA including my mom's sister Ellen, the picture I used is of her and her husband & daughter .

Special Memories:

I am totally smitten by the wood structure sheet and I wanted to go yellow with bit's of green.
I find yellow a really hard color to scrap so this was a challenge on it's own for me.
Let's have a closer look:

 I started the layout by tearing the middle part out of the gorgeous yellow sheet. Then I layered it on top of the wood panel sheet, but first I added some gorgeous lace.

Happy Birthday "Cute Girl" Card for ***Lindy's Stamp Gang***

Today I would like to share a birthday card that I made for my sweet niece who is turning four this Sunday.
For the base of my card I used some soft toned papers by Maja Design which I treated with a mask and paste & the pretty pink/purple tones of the spray's in this months "Color Challenge" did you already play??
I used a bunch of chipboard on this card. The branches are first treated with the Oakleaf Olive embossing powder when dried I splattered some Flat Fabio Greased Lightnin' Green on them which gives it a real pretty splatter effect {like a real tree}
The Lindy's Stamp Gang embossing powders are awesome to work with as you can see on my little frame. First I embossed it with the pretty Geranium Coral Blush and then I only embossed the top part of the frame with the Sunset Yellow Orange to give it a golden shimmer ;-)

Don't you just love the sweet vintage picture of the mother & child? I really enjoyed making this card but I think it's more a card for a ten year old then a four year old girl.

I always make my flower clusters with a piece of cheese cloth underneath it to make it more look like real flowers.

I will not be at the birthday party Sunday but I sure hope she will like the card.
Did you know if you play along with our monthly challenge you can win a $50 dollar store credit?
That's a lot of spray's or embossing powders right?? Well good luck!

I want to thank you for stopping by, did I inspire you to play along??

Just Saying - Masculine Layout for ***Maja Design***

I am so excited to show you my first layout as a Maja Girl ;-)
Sadly though that I will be filling in for Gabrielle {I will miss her awesome work with Maja} for the next six months but I'll try and do my best for you all.
I really love this months "mood board" and I was planing to participate in it before I got asked to be on the Maja Design Team! So a masculine layout I will show you today {without any blooms yep that was a real task for me}
The picture I used is one of our handsome son in a German amusement park! He told his dad can I sit on the car to take a picture. My husband said sure you can but I never got around to scrap it.
I always take out my first sheet {that's darker blue one} cut out the middle part and on top of that a whole bunch of layers. Let's have a closer look:

I don't know if some of you already know my work but I love to use chipboard especially with the beautiful Maja Design papers. For this layout I took out all my metal pieces, that had to do anything with gears or cars.
