Hello Beautiful Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs*** + Playing with Cards & Tags at Prima Marketing

Hi everyone,
I hope you are enjoying your weekend and had a lovely Thanksgiving with your loved ones.
Today I would like to share another card with you all, this time created with Prima Marketing's newest collection "Rossi Belle"! I am totally in love with this collection but it was really hard to get here because is was sold out in a blink and I know why it's amazingly beautiful.

Hello Beautiful:
For this card I used some of my newest dies to create with such as the B465 - Double Scalloped Border & the cute B488 - Pair of Tickets this card was a blessing to make and I am very happy how it turned out. Also I took out my doily dies again for this card and it was really nice to play with them after such a long time.

That lily flower is from the build a flower die range and is such a gorgeous addition to your work because it's a really large and easy to put together. If I find time I will show you that in a video as soon as I can.

Cheery Lynn Design dies used:
B264 - Build a Flower #3
A160 - Tropical Flower
B147 - Olive Branches
B838 - Fall Leaves
DL102 - French Pastry Doily
DL276 - Mandy Doily
B465 - Double Scalloped Border

With this card I will be entering the November Cards & Tags challenge at the "Prima Marketing" blog! I really love it that they also have that challenge because for Cheery Lynn Designs I make a lot of cards at the moment. Spread Your Wings Layout for ***The Dusty Attic*** & Playing at 7 Dots Studio

Hi everyone,
When I got my massive DT box from The Dusty Attic I was so excited that I started right away!
I ordered the gorgeous two new collections at 7 Dots Studio and got that order in too.....
I knew right away that I wanted to enter their challenge using the Dusty Attic mood board at the same time. So for this layout I used two different paper collections and the word stickers and a bunch of chipboard.
The picture I used is one I recently made of our handsome boy and his new haircut and I am very lucky to be his mother.

Spread Your Wings:
Did you already play with us this month at the Dusty Attic blog? If not you must give it a go because you could win a $100 give voucher and I have to tell you it's worth it because they are a delight to work with!

Here is the mood board:
For this mood board I went in another direction as I would normally do....normally I would immediately take out my Maja Design papers and go for a white or light background but for this one I went with black/grey

The flowers I used are by Dusty Attic, Prima marketing and Petaloo I have to say those Dusty Attic flowers are so cute I wish I could swim in them hehe. I also used a couple of stencils and some amazing sprays, pastes, inks.

I think you can really combine rustic chipboard pieces with flowers on a masculine layout don't you think so too? I am totally in love with the Nuts & Bolts they give your layout such a nice touch. The text strips are mostly by Tim Holtz with the exception if the "spread you wings" one that one matches my papers I used.

The Dusty Attic products used:
Chipboard Pieces:
DA1151 - Barb Wire Frames
DA1185 - String Frames small
DA1400 - Doodads #3
DA0727 - Mini Birds #3
DA1506 - Seagrass #2
DA0817 - Nuts & Bolts
DA0446 - Fancy Trim #2
DA1290 - Mini Captions #3
Other Dusty Attic products used:
DA0809 - Dusty in Bloom Grassy Knoll
DA1218 - Dusty Attic Texture Paste
DA1544 - Dusty Attic Bling
DA1494 - Creative Script Stencil
DA1472 Mini Heart Stencil
DA0916 - Dusty in Colour Mountain Meadow
DA0924 - Dusty in Colour Storm Cloud
DA0922 - Dusty in Colour Gingernut
DA0925 - Dusty in Colour Soot

With this layout I am entering this months challenge at the 7 Dots Studio blog the challenge is about "Good Fortune & Luck"and I am so blessed with so many things in my life but our boy is the biggest blessing for sure.

Thank you so much for visiting the my blog today and hopefully I have inspired you to join in this months mood board at the Dusty Attic blog. Have a lovely crafty day!

Cheery Lynn Designs

For this blog hop I made a 8x8 layout with a picture of our son and his new haircut oh boy how he is growing up so freaking fast. For this layout I used the pretty "Life by the Sea" collection by Maja Design and some of my favorite Cheery Lynn Designs dies like the B305 - Gauze Border & B693 - Cool Dude other then that these NEW shaker dies are awesome to work with.

My Awesome Dude:
The shaker dies are very easy to use plus that you can add all sorts of little embellishments to your shakers. In this particular shaker I used some extra glass glitter from Finnabair to compliment the wow and winner shaker parts as you will see below. But you can also add beads, micro beads and little buttons if you'd like!

I just love that you can use the gauze border for your background as you can cut it up but you can also use it in just one piece. There are nine shaker dies for any occasion as for instance marriage, birth, Christmas, birthday, love or new year's which one would you like to have?  Maybe I will shake things up a little extra........how you may wonder.....
Well if you tell me which one you would like {in a comment on this post} to have and tell me what you would make with that shaker die then I will draw a winner on the 9th of November and send that shaker die your way....does that sounds good???

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed my work as much as I loved making it!
