Always Live in the Moment Layout for ***CraftAddiction*** and Playing at ***Cuts2luv***!!!

Goodmorning lovelies,
Today I am here to share 12 by12 layout that I made for my DT work at CraftAddiction, this time also using a lot of mixed media products that you can buy at the CraftAddiction online store. This time I made a layout using the NEW "Sand and Sea" collection by 49 and Market this collection is so pretty it has lots of pastel colors in them which is totally my style! Also they have a new flower range that totally fits this summer collection. Al the chipboard pieces are by The Dusty Attic treated with  gesso, acrylic paint, spray's and embossing powder!

Always Live in the Moment:
On the lower part of my layout I added a fun stencil by Crealies which makes me think of waves. I am not sure if they intended it to be that way but I really love the effect and the movement it leaves on my layout. Also I am pretty hooked on the waterdrop stamps can't help myself but I think they are way cute.....don't you think so too???

I think the most favorite layouts I make are summer ones do you have the same thing or do you prefer a different season? Behind the picture I added some torn pieces of papers to give my layout more dimension also I added a cute little glass bottle with some sand in it in between my flower cluster ;-)....at the end I filled my flower cluster up with some real seashells.

I added a cute starfish on my flowercluster just because I really like the effect that it has on there. The word "Always" is embossed with some white Lindy's Stamp Gang powder and then I have written over it with some glossy accents to make it pop a little more sadly you don't see that on the picture. Later I added some sequins and and a wonderful flair by Cuts2luv
With this layout I will be entering for a second time in this months challenge at "Cuts2luv" blog.
 I just discovered this amazing blog through my teammie Valerie who designs with me at Dusty Attic & 49 and Market {thank you Val love these flairs soooo much}
This time I think I used everything which was required for this challenge I used the sketch, the color palette, the word Always, photo of a girl at the beach, sequins and some watercoloring too....yeahhh doing a happy dance lol

She is a Happy Soul Always Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs*** ,playing at ***More Than Words*** and ***Cuts2Luv***!!!

Goodmorning lovely followers,
I hope you are having a wonderful day as we here in Holland are enjoying a day off due to a national holiday.We are planing on making this day as special as can be and we have some nice weather to go with it {almost 30 degrees}
I am so glad that summer is finally kicking in.....for today I would like to share a tag with you using some amazing Prima Marketing papers and dies by Cheery Lynn Designs!

She is a Happy Soul Always:
Tis was a fun tag to make I am normally more of a soft color person but this collection is awesome because I really like grey/black and pink together. First I cut out all the elements that I wated to use on my tag to later on add them to my work.

For my flower centers I used metal embellishments/brads by two different companies. At the end I sprayed two different colors of my Lindy's sprays and added a flair to my tag which is designed by my teammie Valerie.

With this tag I am entering two challenges first one is More Than Words Mini Challenge this time the word is "She".... and I made a pretty Prima tag for this challenge.
The second one is for Cuts2luv where it is this pretty mood board/sketch and some elements that you can add to your work......for me the elements I used are the sketch, the moodboard, the word always some watercoloring and it's a woman/girly tag {sorry not a picture}....to my work I added a lovely flair designed by my teammie Valerie as I said above I just love her design work.....

I hope you enjoyed my post and I have inspired you to use your Cheery Lynn Designs dies.
Have a wonderful day and almost weekend!

Beautiful Happy Memories of Summer:
 I had so much fun creating this layout and I used a bunch of mixed media goodies too such as sand, 3D balls, stamps, prills and ink. I really like to cut up the borders from Cheery Lynn and use them as layers on my layout.

Don't you just love that Sun & Clouds die this is the first time using it and it just makes me so happy. I also added some real shells to make my flower cluster pop more.
Sorry for the different colors in pictures my camera was acting up again. The seahorses are cut from two different dies Cheery Lynn offers. The cute little flower spray's are also handmade I will show how I made them in a tutorial really soon.

My Happy Memories Layout for ***Maja Design*** & Playing at ***More Than Words***!

Goodmorning lovelies,
Today I have a layout to share with you all in honor of being a mom. In life we all want our kids to grow up and be amazing young people and trust in what they can achieve…..Our boy is a charming 12 year old kiddo and I love him to the moon and back.
I made this layout as a dt project for Maja Design...yesterday was a disaster day of creating that I tore a whole layout apart and threw it away! Am I the only one? Or are there more of you that have that sometimes. A couple of day's ago I also deleted all my inbox messages from my hotmail too....so I think I am having a bad week lol. Hopefully all will get better soon so I don't feel like I do now which is rushed...

My Happy Memories:
I was really inspired my this months challenge at More Than Words they have a lovely theme this month. The word is "Mother"and to add flowers so I really did that using my precious Maja Design papers. I used the pretty Nyhavn sheet as my background and added two other colors to make the picture pop of my layout. It's totally a different style then what I was creating before I trew it away....because that was all pink and girly. I really love to create with pink but this time it didn't work at all. I used some stencils on my background with some black paste this time.
Let's have a look at the picture of the challenge:
Pretty right? First I was planing on using a picture of my mom and me but that changed when I ripped up my page out of frustration.....and today at worked that {bad day} didn't change I spilled coffee all over my work cloths ect......I really wanted to dissapear into the ground and stay there for the rest of the day.

All the chipboard peices are treated with ink, spray's, acrylic paint and embossing powder and they are all by Dusty Attic. I also added a flair too with the text "Petit Detail" I am totally hooked on those at the moment. I used this picture because this is such a sweet picture of Kevin and I...
I have so much love in my being for my baby boy {yes he still is my baby} so my tittle of this layout says:
"My Favorite and Happy Memories of Being your Mother"

The flowers I used are from three different companies which are 49 and Market, Petaloo and Prima. I love making flower clusters like these. They add so much to your page at least that is what I think do you agree with me??

Maja Design papers used:
 Vintage Summer Basics collection: 1934 bs, 1899 bs & 1904 bs, Crea Diem collection: Den Oersattliga Tiden, Nyhavn collection: King's Square.

Other products used:
49 and Market flowers and stamps, Petaloo flowers, Prima Marketing flowers, BoBunny crackle paste, Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays, Dusty Attic Chipboards and Stencil, New designed stencil by Gabrielle Pollacco, gesso, acrylic paints, cheesecloth, mini prills and say it in crystals.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today I really hope I have inspired you a little to create something beautiful this weekend if so do enjoy yourself....have a wonderful weekend. xox

Cheeky Snapshot layout for ***The Dusty Attic***

Hello lovelies,
Today I am sharing a masculine 12x12 layout which for me is a clean and simple layout without using any flowers.....yess me without flowers it was a real challenge I can tell you!
The picture is of my dear hubby when he was just a cute little boy {he loves that picture NOT lol that I had to use it just to tease him} For this layout I played with some amazing 49 and Market papers & stamps.

Cheeky Snapshot:
 All the pretty chipboard pieces are treated with gesso and acrylic paint by Dusty Attic {those paints are the bomb for sure} there is such a lovely variation of beautiful colors that you can use them for any layout of other projects.

The word Cheeky is one of my favorite ones by Dusty Attic that word pack is amazing to use on masculine layouts for sure. I cut the largest piece of the DA1521 - Scribble Frame Set Small in two pieces and added them on two seperate parts of my layout.

The numbers around my picture are painted with the denim blue paint and then I added some gesso with a dabber on random spots. The nuts ate painted with the grey paint and then I added some black paint to the edges.

Dusty Attic products used:

Other products used:
Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays
49 and Market papers
49 and Market stamps
Tim Holtz chitchat word strips
TCW Mini Tile Mania 6x6 stencil {Gabi's design}
Finnabair metal stars

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today and have a wonderful week...
