Sweet Baby Boy 8x8 Layout for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***!

PRESS ==> "HERE" <== FOR MY TWO GIVE AWAY'S!

Goodmorning everyone,
I hope you are all enjoying your summer vacation. Mine just started and I can't wait spend some precious time with my little family. By the end of the week we are leaving for a camping ground in our own country oh I just can't wait.... no scrapping for me for a week that is going to be a big trial for me since I scrap almost every day. For today I am sharing another 8x8 layout made with some pretty Maja Design papers using some of the new Cheery Lynn Dies on which I am totally hooked wow these dies are amazing L.O.V.E. them to bits.

Sweet Baby Boy:
This layout was really easy to make I had the design in my head and then I punched out all the dies I wanted to use and distressed/colored them where needed. Then I picked out the picture I was going to use and foila...I always tend to make a picture of my work when building up my page and that is what I did here too.

 I watered the papers and ruffled it before I treated the background with clear gesso, stamps, paste and spray's at the end I added all the dies to complete my layout. Those B890 - Weathered Scrolls are so amazing en versatile you can use them for any occasion you get three and this was fitted best for a baby layout {at least that is what hubby told me}

Yes sometimes I do ask my husband what would fit best on my layout. Most of the time I show him two options and most of the time I pick a different one then he does lol...but he sure is a great help. The centers of the blue flowers are handmade and so easy I made them foam balls, hot glue and mini prills. I also added a cute flair which says: "Smile to the World" I am so hooked on those at the moment can't stop myself to use them.....lol

I hope you enjoyed my post and I have inspired you to use your Cheery Lynn Designs dies.
Have a wonderful and sunny week!
With this layout I will be entering for the third time at cuts2luv challenge blog I sooo love their challenges. This time I also used the sketch and colors and the word you...hopefully you like it xxx

Timeless Sweet Memories Layout for *49 and Market* & *The Dusty Attic* + Playing at *Cuts2luv* and *Scrap & Craft*!

PRESS ==> "HERE" <== FOR MY TWO GIVE AWAY'S!

Hi lovelies,
Today I would like to show you a layout futuring the beautiful NEW "Cottage Life" collection by 49 and market, a picture of my husband and son and the STUNNING new flower ranges. Oh boy I am head over heels in love with this collection and I can tell you "you" will love it too ;-) As you may already know I am a hugh fan of purple so my first layout is some what purple with shades of blue and light green... I was so amazed when I got my DT package that I was ooing and aaing {in my head because I was recording it hihihi} I really love the word stamp set Gerry created here I used the word "Timeless". I also used some of the new amazing Dusty Attic chipboard pieces to compliment my layout.

Timeless Sweet Memories:
I cut Provance sheet in half and and added another sheet behind it of a green colors then I placed it on the backside of the cut out sheet which is a little blue/purple. Then I stamped with the new whimsical door stamp by Gabrielle on both parts and cut out the right corner piece with the flowers from the right sheet's lower right corner....are you following me hihihi.

The chipboard pieces are all by The Dusty Attic as I said upbove and I gessod them and then painted them with their acrylic paints, on the feather I added some stamps and later on drawed on them to with a fine liner in black, which I normally use for my job as a optician. On the background I used some stray's by Lindy's Stamp Gang {Whale Watch Blue, Aloha Avocado & Sidewalk Chalk}. Also I added two stencils my personal favorites by Dusty Attic and paste

I distressed all the papers around the edges I just love doing so gives it more of a shabby chic look. The new flower ranges are the bomb and I feel very blessed to be able to use them on my projects because they make your work look so complete. On my work I added two flairs from Cuts2luv I just adore their flairs they go so well with this new paper line.

49 and Market products used: Cottage Life: Cottage Cut Outs, Provance & Garland, Floral Mixology Mojito / Pina Colada and Galway, Gabi's Postcard From Paris Set, Gabi's Whimsical Door Set, Gerry's Essential Words Stamp, Jacqueline's Feather Stamp Set, Cottage Blooms Bluebell, Garden Seeds Aloe and Blossom Blends Aloe.

Cheery Lynn Designs

For this blog hop I made 8x8 layout with the focus on the pretty "Old Leather Books" which are so awesome. But I used a whole bunch of other amazing Cheery Lynn Designs dies to make my layout. For my layout I used several Maja Design collections.

I So Love Books:
One of the Maja Design collections I used is the new Denim & Fiends which you could also win if you scroll up to this post and click on the "here" botton. but I also used a sheet from the "I Wish" & "Walkin in the Forest" collections and some of the Monochromes papers too.

When I got the books in my designers pack I knew exactly what I was going to make with it because I already printed out that cute picture. For me I kept the flowers really simple because I really wanted to make the books stand out.

As you can see I can not live without any stampin, spraying or adding cheese cloth on my layouts hihi it's an addiction I have to admit. I really love how the Veriloquent Vintage dies all go together and there are a lot more to see. I will show you in my upcoming post on the 24th of this month.

Thinking of You Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***

PRESS ==> "HERE" <== FOR MY TWO GIVE AWAY'S!

Goodmorning lovelies,
I just can't believe that time flies by so fast our handsome son is going to high school after this summer. That means more scraping time for me but also I need to help him a lot with his school work. So I need to work in advance if I want to keep up with my design team work. So I am working ahead a little. For today I have another card to share. This time I wanted to highlight the amazing "Cuties" dies Cheery Lynn Designs offers.

Thinking of You:
This time I went for my favorite color purple with mint green and shades of brown. I really love this combination and that bird is so freaking cute. I just love to use the circle dies Cheery Lynn Designs offers especially if used together.

The burlap die is one of my all time favorite dies because it can be used not only for Christmas/Halloween ect. but for all sorts of occasions like what I did here. On the background of my card I added two different stamps by 49 and Market designed by Gabrielle Pollacco. The papers I used are all by Maja Design and are from several collections.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog today!
I hope you enjoyed my post and I have inspired you to use your Cheery Lynn Designs dies.
Have a stunning upcoming weekend!

Remember that Summer Layout for ***CraftAddiction*** + Playing at *More Than Words*, *Cuts2luv* & *Mixed Media & Art*!

PRESS ==> "HERE" <== FOR MY TWO GIVE AWAY'S!

Hello and goodmorning lovelies,
Today I have another layout to share with you all and this time it's my last work for my design team spot at "CraftAddiction"! Thank you Nicole for having me on this wonderful team. I am stepping down from this team because I am on a couple of other wonderful design teams too, and it's getting to much to handle for me since I also work five day's a week. For this layout I used a bunch of mixed media products that you can find in the CraftAddiction online store. This layout was made with the pretty "Seaside Cottage" collection by the "Blue Fern Studios. I used several of the new flowers collections by 49 and Market. The chipboard pieces are by Wycinanka & Dusty Attic and I treated them with gesso, paste, different waxen, spray's and arylic paints.

Remember that Summer:
The background sheet has such a gorgeous watercolor pattern that I totally fell in love with it when I saw it, that I had to have it to make another beach layout. First I pimed the background with clear gesso, then I added some golden crackle paste {oh men I love that stuff}. I placed the crackle paste on different spot's on my layout to make it look like sea foam.

After adding the paste I used some stamps on my background and later one a stencil by TCW designed by Gabrielle Pollacco. Then I made a little scenery to look like my husband is taking pictures of our son. Then I worked on my chipboard pieces that took me a little longer then normal because of me adding more spray's, waxes and acrylic paints until I thought it fitted my layout and the colors on the background.

On the ships wheel I added some screw brads to make it pop a little because I placed it underneath my picture. Then I added some different sizes of the 3D balls they give your work such a nice demension at the end I added my flowers & shells and some Lindy's spray!

Craft Addiction producten gebruikt:
